RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

As we want to make sure you are completely happy with the product, refunds are accepted as follows:

- For printable files that are personalized -
If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind, we can cancel your order within 24h after purchase.

- For readily printed items -
If item was not received in perfect condition, we will send a new order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or refunds based on buyers errors, such as typos or grammatical mistakes once proof is approved.
If you ordered readily printed items a digital proof will be sent to your email for approval before shipping. Please review the design, information, and spelling. Proofs can be changed for no additional cost, but once approved by you, no refunds will be given if you find an error. Orders can not be cancelled after proof's approval.

Only blank items, or non-personalized can be exchanged, the buyer needs to send the product back, once it arrives in the same condition is was sent, the new order will be dispatched.

No refunds will be given for instant download files due to nature of product.


OTHER INFORMATION

Please have in mind that colors can vary depending on your screen configuration. If you need specific colors please provide us the Hex, RGB, CMYK or Pantone numbers.

Personalized items have custom changes to the names, wording and colors included in the listed price whilst keeping the same overall design. The wording can be made to suit any occasion you desire at no extra cost. Any other changes in the design of the item carry additional charges. Please contact us for quotes.

Printable items, editable items and instant download files do not include changes to colors or wording in the price. For custom changes to the colors of the design or changes to wording an additional fee applies. Any other changes in the design of the item carry additional charges. Please contact us for quotes.

Rush orders have an additional surcharge fee, please contact us if you need a rush order.

If you ordered a design with a picture, you will need to send them in high quality 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality.
